VIRTUAL PANEL DISCUSSION: U.S. LANDMINE AND CLUSTER MUNITION POLICY

There has been reported use of cluster munitions by Ukrainian forces, USCMC reiterates its condemnation of the use of cluster munitions by any party.

The letter is signed by 27 members of Congress calling on the Biden Administration to ban cluster munitions and join the Convention on Cluster Munitions.

ICBL-CMC statement expressing outrage at ongoing cluster munitions use and targeting of civilians by Russia in the Ukraine conflict. The new statement also includes a listing of states who have so far publicly condemned the CM use by Russia, and it’s horrible impact. States must condemn use and join International Ban Treaty.

USCBL-USCMC calls on the United States to demand the immediate halt to all use of cluster munitions in Ukraine and anywhere else, and also upon the Biden Administration to rapidly submit the Convention on Cluster Munitions to the United States Senate for advice and consent to accede to the treaty.
